This inspection is a follow-up Re-inspection to the routine inspection that was conducted on 3/6/24.
Sanitizer solution in all buckets at adequate concentration Quat 200 ppm.
small 2 door reach-in cooler was put back into operation maintaining 41 F below.
In use kitchen utensils are properly stored.
Serving ice behind bar was properly protected from contamination.
Pitted cutting boards were removed. |
