Reinspection from 3/13/24. Water wash hood system was professionally cleaned on 3/14/24, grease recovery units have also been cleaned. Very large delivery over 300 pounds of raw chicken and many boxes of raw vegetables….some are left outside due to kitchen space, please add another delivery day to avoid the handling of this large volume of food.
No temperature violations, allergen posted displayed in kitchen, hand washing observed. |
