This is a follow up Re-Inspection to the routine inspection conducted on 2/8/24 to verify corrective action.
Wall coving in disrepair adjacent to WIC (walk in cooler)
Broken floor tiles throughout kitchen.
Unclean floor crevices, corner and lower wall inside the Walk in Cooler.
using untreated wood as shelf support inside walk in freezer.
Cut back/Separate construction equipment in the rear ie ladder, tools, pieces of plywoods.
Gap at bottom of rear door not properly sealed.
The rodent droppings on floor in the wine storage room was removed/cleaned up.
Remove all un-necessary items from the sprinkler room and repair the holes in the wall inside the sprinkler room.
Employee's Restroom and locker room door still remain propped open.
Rusty/Unclean shelves inside walking cooler.
Torn door gaskets on reach in cooler at main cookline.
Pitted cutting boards must be replace.
Nesting of wet plast containers on drying rack above 3 bay sink.
Label powdered/granular food container in English.
Note: The owner/operator must come up with a written course of action on each violation and how it will be corrected and submit to the Health dept. |
