Comments
The purpose of this inspection was to re-inspect for compliance of violations from the previous routine inspection conducted on 2-22-24. Hand sink in the kitchen is now accessible, soap in dispenser, hand drying device and signage posted. The owner has obtained a CFPM cert. Justin Viesta Cert # 252698881 exp 3/1/29. Vomit & Diarrheal procedure posted with preassembled kit. Note: The chemical dishwasher is combining chemicals for rinsing and sanitizing steps so there is traces adequate chlorine when tested. Service call was placed to Ecolab. Menu now includes a disclosure and reminder statement. Powder/granular food containers are now labeled. All food stored off floor inside walk-in box. To go food containers were inverted. cooking and prepping utensils stored with handle facing up. Green cutting boards were replaced. Long white cutting board at Deli prep line was re-surfaced. Inside all microwave ovens were cleaned. Torn door gasket on Snapple reach-in cooler was repaired. All blown light bulbs under hood was replaced. Clothing articles for employees were stored in a designated are. Coffee filters were protected.. All violations were corrected no further action necessary.
