Notes: 2023 HD permit is posted, allergen poster was provided, vomiting & diarrheal event clean up procedure available for review, green hand washing signage at all hand sinks.
Whole cooked rotisserie chicken was not hot holding (118 degree) but the 4 hour hold/log was being used. Several hot lamp bulbs are not working, will be replaced per Store Leader Jen. New temperature accountability Bluetooth technology used for monitoring temperatures in each department, used several times a day.
