Reinspection from 2/6/24. Previous core violations identified will require action. Erik & Elvis attending a servsafe course on Friday. Menu changes with children’s menu and full disclosure statement. Allergen poster provided in staff area. No barehand or improper use of gloves observed. Shellfish tags must be retained for 90 days minimum. |
