the PIC David Hart was given guidance to obtain a vomit & diarrhea kit along with procedure for employees. The priority foundation items from the routine inspection conducted on 1/24/2024 was addressed by the PIC David Hart via email 2/5/24 with a photo and clean up instructions posted.All other core violations were COS except for cutting boards and preset silverware.
