Follow up from previous inspection on 9/5/23. Opening near basement stairs ……. Pest problem downstairs has been identified and addressed by Owner. Northeast exterminator coming in 2x a month. Last treatment was November 14…..scheduled for this Saturday per owner. Invoice provided via email this afternoon from 11/25/23. Note: ServSafe class provided last night ….. 3 employees passed the exam. Carina (CFPM) is the alternate PIC when the Owner Alyssa is away. Excellent job with date marking and cooling practices!
