Inspection Comments |
A large staff training is scheduled in 2 weeks in Darien, that will include the other FS location. Mop sink identified during the plan review process must be used.
Note: cooling logs are starting to be used.....should monitor the 6 hour cooling period for proper large batch cooling methods. |
