Large Sysco delivery happening during inspection…. Fixing air conditioner in kitchen/ceiling left open. Hand washing observed and glove use. Head. Head chef/pic very knowledgeable. Invoice required for dish machine service/repair. Note: Refrigerated truck pulled in outside filled with food and beverage!
