No hand sink in expanded back of the house prep and cooking area, induction burner & air fryer added. Grease trap with more cooking? New QFO onsite ...Samual. Stamford doing food prep for bowls offered now. New chemical dishmachine and old 3 bay sink removed. Good job labeling and date marking. COVID: required plexiglas at front counter & purel station at front door, chairs inside should be at 50% and 6 ft apart. |
