Improvements made from previous routine inspection. no invoices onsite for review........ raw fish, etc. Salmon coming from Fjord’s, other vendors for tuna & yellowtail. Must work on sanitizing with quat and straight bleach should not be used on food prep surfaces. Hand washing observed. Note: new Bain Marin. QFO onsite. Score: 96 B |
