Inspection Comments |
SCORE: 93, A. Better system needed for labeling. Things are labeled but hard to decipher. Excellent organization. Need to monitor 2 cooling units hovering around 42-43. Need to get to 41. Hot and a lot of opening and closing of these two coolers may be contributing. Temps lowered on spot. Will return tomorrow to check. Utilizing more booths. There are plexiglass partitions installed between booths. They have maximized their seating. They are not allowed to use 2 small booths and service bar due to distancing (inquired). No covid issues to report. Gloves, masks worn. Overall clean.sanitizer, dish machine checked. Multiple temps taken. All hot in compliance |
