Inspection Comments |
SCORE: 93, A. Very clean, very organized. No evidence of insect activity. Changed exterminators feeling this should not have happened. Owner claims this company, jp Hale, is much more thorough. Were coming to service once a week but changed to once every two weeks as no live insects have been found. Dates and locations treated listed on bulletin board in kitchen. Last treatment was on 12.19.19 with no activity found. Sanitizer set up and accurate. Gloves worn. Proper cooling (ice wands) observed. Very clear labeling practices. |
