SCORE: 95, A. No major issues during inspection. No sick workers or complaints of not feeling well reported in last 2 weeks. Chicken temped off grill between 172-195. Put in holding container and hot held at 160. Temps on the service line all good. Keep stirring items to keep heat evenly distributed. Sanitizer set up and used. Observed washing produce (onion) multiple glove changes . |
