Lots of glove changes but lack of hand washing! Did fix cracked floors, date marking on items made and stored in-house, making jerky & cryovac utilized for storage in-house (freezer). Do not put food to cool in Bain Marin broccoli rabe at 97 degrees.........moved in walk in to cool. score: 87 B |
