Tofu cooling in Bain Marin at 68 degrees......made during lunch, do not cool food in Bain Marin, many deficits corrected from previous inspection.....Franklin Chu completed an audit on March 26, 2019 summary report was provided to the HD. Hand washing observed in kitchen, emphasis placed on moving forward and correcting remaining deficiencies. Must issues permit to operate. score: 88 B |
