Cooling log in use, new upright refrigerator in use, walls have been replaced in dry storage areas, owner/qfo onsite everyday training staff, new hand washing procedures in place, 3 employees scheduled to complete servsafe trading by the end of the month (November). Many improvements made! Hand washing and glove use observed. Date soups in grab and go case...ingredients not listed. Score: 96 B |
