Inspection Comments |
SCORE: 92, A. Most items corrected from previous inspection with the exception of walk-in floor, freezer door gasket which will require more time. Small cooling unit in salad prep area not working. Part ordered for that and gasket for walk in downstairs. No items stored in said cooler. Multiple temperatures taken (all in compliance.) Proper cooling of soups (ice wands) observed. Much more hand washing observed. Glove use observed. New log created so each food item put into walk in now has time, date and temperature of when it was put in the unit. Excellent response to previous inspection. |
