2 Unlabeled granular food bucket
3 Cheese/tomatoes on top of front bain marie, 48-50 deg.F (bottom Air temp 38 deg. F. Large amount of sausage patties out on shelf above stove 50 deg. F.
4 Thermometer located in back of cookline bain marie.
8 Bag of sugar on floor in kitchen and food on floor under shelves in walk-in cooler.
9 Bare hand contact with food, gloves put on.
11 Unlabeled chemical spray bottles.
16 Several cracked foodo containers. Small refrigerator not commercial. Interior of ice machine rusty.
17 Milk crates used as shelving. Torn gasket on residential refrigerator.
24 Dish machine temp fluctuated up and down 3xs stopped at 148.6 Deg.F. At end of inspection one cycle, 161.6 deg. F. Tech will be in 3/24.
26 Ice scoop and ice scoop container not clean.
27 Hood not clean
30 Water in bathroom handsinks, 135deg.F (should be no more than 115 deg.F.
36 No self closed on ladies room door.
