This was a follow-up inspection to the routine inspection conducted on 2/28/24.
Date marking on all TCS foods held for 24 hours or more was put in place.
PIC obtained a pie box to protect pies while displaying and cooling.
Fan cover inside walk-in cooler was repaired.
Door on employee restroom was replaced.
Hood screen was replaced.
Leaking waste pipe under handwashing sink was repaired.
All powder/granular food containers were labeled.
Note: the operator was informed that both the date marking (calendar date of the actual date and the color code marks system when disclosed to the regulatory authority are both acceptable system.
All violations were corrected. |
