Comments		 This is a follow up re-inspection to verify corrective action from routine inspection conducted on 3-26-24. The drawer style cooler coils needed cleaning there was no food placed inside the cooler to check but a thermometer in drawer was reading 39 F. The PIC was ordered to place TCS food of substance to probe and verify unit is holding proper temperature. QAC test strip was available to check Nu foam tablets. The floor tiles were repositioned and cemented back but have to wait 24 hours to regrout. Straw stirrers are in A protective box. In use tongs no longer stored on oven handle. CFPM Pablo Ruano cert#18845547 exp 1/13/2025 The hot water in both public restrooms reading 125F Note the female restroom needs to have a cover on the waste bin or a sanitary pad pan. All violations not corrected during this re inspection remains outstanding.
