| Inspection Comments |
This visit is for a follow up re-inspection to verify corrective actions from the previous Routine inspection conducted on 3/6/24. Handwashing station functional, soap , paper towel and waste bin. Dented cans are being stored in the office. Date marking on TCS food held for 24 hours or more observed. All light bulbs are covered with shield. Ceiling tiles are cleaned. Note: the final rinse temperature gauge still is not getting up to 180F but needle moves to about 140 F Note: RIC Door gasket still on order Note: floor tile in walk-in cooler still in disrepair. All violations not corrected remains outstanding until 6/6/24. |
