This visit is for a Re-inspection to verify corrective actions from the previous routine inspection conducted on 2/28/24.
Date marking on all ready to eat TCS foods held for 24 hours or more.
Fan cover was cleaned, ceiling was cleaned, shelves cleaned inside the walk-in cooler.
The light intensity inside walk-in cooler was increased.

All granular/powdered food containers were labeled.
A mixing valve was placed in the ceiling area in the kitchen located between the hot water tank and the handwashing sinks in the public restroom temperature observed in both Female/Male restroom @124 F was Re-adjusted by PIC to 115F. |
