This is a reinspection from 3/5/24, all previous core violations still stand from the routine health inspection and must be addressed. Dish machine is a hot water sanitizer with working gauges used to verify water temperatures. Working on the next menu revision will provide to HD. Odor from trap/plumbing near warewash. Other violations have been corrected since previous inspection. Develop a labeling system for TCS food made and stored in house! |
