This inspection is a follow up Re-inspection to verify corrective action from the previous inspection conducted on 2/26/24.
The ice maker was cleaned and sanitized.
Utensil rack was replaced.
Ice Cream chest freezer was cleaned.
The standing reach-in cooler was still displaying a temp of 50 F. Milk temped at 51 F the unit was ordered to be immediately emptied and taken out of use.
Floor and between equipment on hot cookline was cleaned.
coffee filters are covered in tubberware.
The Executive Director Adnan have agreed to contact Darien HD once the standing reach-in cooler has been serviced to verify cold holding temp.
All other violations not corrected remains outstanding. |
