Inspection Comments |
The purpose of this inspection is a Re-inspection from the previous routine inspection that was conducted on 2/20/24. To observed corrective actions on priority, priority foundation and core items that were corrected.
A copy of the Food Allergen awareness poster was issued to the PIC.
manual 3 bay sink quat 146 measured at 200 ppm was corrected.
2 Door standing Reach-in cooler in the cake room in the basement remains out of working order for maintaining proper cold holding temp.
All granular/powdered food containers have been labeled.
cases of bottled water/beverages have been removed from the floor in Aisle 3
No longer storing in use serrated knives in stagnant water.
Dishwashing racks were stored off the floor.
Hood screens were cleaned above grilling area in the kitchen.
The walk-in freezer (A1) basement was emptied, cleaned, and not in operation during the re-inspection.
Stained drop ceiling tiles were cleaned above the rotisserie oven.
all blown light bulbs were replaced in meat deli style and produce Walk-in coolers. |
