Inspection Comments |
Reinspection follow up from previous routine health inspection on 10/18/23 and meeting with Owner onsite to discuss new Code requirements. Shellfish tags are being maintained, new food thermometer available, hand sinks are stocked with supplies.
JP McHale contract signed on 10/18/23, hand sink was fixed on 10/19/23, line unit was serviced and adjusted to proper cold holding temperature under 41 degrees. Allergen discussion with Owner, he will include with the next revised menu. Note: RFE closed on Tuesdays, no cooking, cooling or staff in kitchen during reinspection and meeting. |
