Latex gloves still in use... all Departments (latex ban since July 1st), employees with a bandaged thumb (must keep covered with a glove while in the kitchen), new seafood manager needs to organize shellfish tags for next inspection, dry-aged beef offered in meat dept (purchases 12-15 days aged and held in display case), samples stations in stored..... discussion with Mgr and employees about correct sampling procedures...(chips) Emphases on hand washing... review this with all employees! Score: 88 B |
