Frequent glove changes without hand washing on the line..... discussion with district manager about installation of a hand sink on end of the line (near gloves), rating must be posted on the front door, district manager onsite during inspection (Dave), blanching procedures still utilized, food uncovered in take-out station.... cover after lunch rush. PureBio in use... for sanitizing all surfaces at the end of the night, cutting boards & any equipment that touches raw proteins. QFO (Yanira) and district manager (Dave) onsite during inspection.
